Ingredients for Shakkarpare Recipe
Flour = two cup
Suger = (1/2) cup
Ghee(butter) = Half Cup
Naryal = Half (Kadukash)
Refined Oil = for Fry
Black pepper = 1 tea spoon
Elaichi Powder = 1 tea spoon
Cinamon (Daalchini) = 1 tea spoon
Recipe Method of Shakarpare
Mix each item, flour, add ghee (butter) sugar etc. then you can add black pepper, elaichi power, cinamon (Daalchini) in flour. You can also add milk, After that mix it or (aate ko ghunth lene). Wait for 5-10 minutes.
After that make dough of all and roll like a Chapati and cut it in peaces in any shape.
After that put refined oil and fry all the peaces.
After that you can serve with Tea
